(Finally, my suffering is over, god, it took me several days to come up with the name and cm).
 
Meet Archive Record, she's supply manager/supervisor/organizer at Canterlot Castle. She's very dedicated, strict, hard working and basically her job means a lot to her. This is the reason why she doesn't have much energy and time left for anything else (a dinner, a book and that's her evening after the work). And the only pony whom she could call a friend is Raven (but probably wouldn't because she mostly considers her a co-worker). Oh, her talent is organizing stuff.

Well, I still have some parts of her character to think about, but that's enough for now. As usual, I might change stuff because this is me who can't completely settle with something :\.
