Magic is Powerful: Crystal Magic

(I have no idea what I have done but hope it looks like what I have in mind).
Magic is very powerful and you must use it with caution. Well, Rarity hasn't had time to go find gems, so she tried to create them. But everything gone wrong as usual. And now she slowly turns into gem-pony with one stone leg with stone scale and plate under coat (it's very related).
