(And now for something completely different)
My first real try drawing a human (and it starts with Twilight like it was months ago, only with pony vectors). I hope it's not so bad and worth something. I think I rushed a bit just to get off from general stuff of the work (pose, proportions, etc.). And I don't know what to add else on clothes.
Also, I'll put critiques to see how it'll work out (maybe I can get something useful from them).

And I'll appreciate if you link me some good tutorials/guides/etc. about humans.

This looks quite nice. If I may suggest a rule with legs that might help you out that isnt quite perfect but will help you get started on proportioning your characters. The torso to hip is about the same lengh as the hip to knee and then your knee to heal is about the same lengh again. Your arm proportions like about right though as the elbow is usually down to just above your hip. :thumb72010406: <--- This might help you out too. Good luck. This is a very cute work. ^_^

Рука слева выглядит будто состоящей из двух частей. Если с рукой справа это логично, рука же согнута по направлению к зрителю, то тут это как-то странно. Респект за отсутствие рога, уиии.
